After earning a Master's degree in Applied Orthodox Theology and working on translations, Maria became a homeschooler and the founder of SNAC in 2017, with the vision of community-based Christian education.

Marie Tessier

Marie is a senior at George Mason University, majoring in biology.
She has experience in veterinary science and takes care of animals on her farm.
Alevtyna Wilson

Alevtyna has been a part of our community since she taught Pre-K students of our predecessor programs, St. Benedict Academy and The Russian School. Prior to that, she instructed young minds at the ImagiNation Learning Center.

With 10 years of homeschooling experience and a degree in Classical Studies, Kristin shares her knowledge and enthusiasm with the students in a caring, engaging manner.

Jennifer Davis

She has experience as a homeschooling mother of 7 children. She has worked within various co-op programs and has knowledge of working within many different curriculums.
Christina Theuer

Attracted to the beautiful and rich faith, Christina entered the Orthodox Christian community a few years ago. She has privately tutored children and assists with her parish Sunday school program. She is learning everyday through the fellowship of the lively and vibrant St. Nicholas Academic Community.

Priscilla Saboe
Treasurer
For over 30 years, Priscilla served the Social Security Administration. Since her retirement, she has been doing accounting for a couple of non-profits.

Nadine Thola

Nadine is a studio artist and has taught art and iconography since 1986 in churches and schools. Her icons adorn several churches. She has earned a BA and a Master's and is currently pursuing her doctorate of Education Curriculum.

Fr. Daniel graduated from Christ the Savior Seminary and has been a priest for 5 years. He also holds a History degree from King's College.
